IR Raman Bruker RFS 100

RFS 100 is a stand-alone FT-Raman spectrometer. The standard RFS 100 configuration provides a spectral range of 3,600 to 50 cm-1 (Stokes shift) and -100 to -2,000 cm-1 (anti-Stokes shift) and includes a diode-pumped, air-cooled Nd:YAG laser source which can be controlled by the OPUS™ application software.
